Redlining and Tracking Changes?
I have been a long-time user of this. Now need to suggest changes to authors of manuscripts. Does this allow redlining and tracking changes, or adding comments?

Re: Page Numbering
I tried this BUT numbers still show up in section one - where you don't want numbers. This only splits the numbers and starts them again. How do you create numbering on say, page 10 - starting with number 1 WITHOUT having any numbers show up on pages 1-9? I have been trying to figure this out for ov...

Red Line Edits and Markups - Where Can I View?
My book editor sent me a word document which had red line changes and markups and suggestions. How do I view all that detail with Nisus Express? I currently opened the doc, but all that detail is not shown.
Thanks.

Re: PAGE NUMBERING Start mid doc - Also Book Printing Number
FYI: The instructions for doing this in this thread do not work. Because it is from 2009, and also because you cannot select SAME PAGE because that option is GREYED OUT if you are in the footer.

Can I create floating text boxes with express?
Looking to create a text box so that I can better control the spacing of the words for an ebook cover I am creating. Placing next to a graphic image.
Is there a way to create a floating text box in express?
Thanks.

Re: Viewing Coding So I can Remove Formatting Manually
Thank you for getting back to me. I actually tried several formats. - I would first create ebook with correct margins, add a few images, save as a .doc file. - Then i would upload via Amazon where they convert the file. - You can then view the file as if from a kindle, iphone, ipad, etc. - This is w...

I have gone though and unhighlighted Bold, yet it is still there. How can I look at all the coding of a document so I can manually r...

Actually, I got it to work. Thank you so much! It starts at page 2, but that's okay.
Take care.

Re: Removing Footer on Page 1 Only
Thanks for that. I tried section break - next page, but when I went to delete the footer from page one, all the other footers still went with it.
Am I not doing it right?
Thanks.
