After launching FC2, I am unable to select any style in the style palette. OS X 10.3.9

Well, a little more than an annoyance.

It isn't just the beginning of a paragraph. If you copy a space and a letter, it will convert that space to the length of a tab indentation.

Oh well.

I have found it a problem in most situations, not just with a word that begins the paragraph.

Well, Mellel does give you an option on the interface. And it works. Unfortunately NWE does not support soft-returns in 10.3.9, so it is not very useful for me, even on this one point.
