Hi,
As far as I understand, the term 'cropping' is accepted as used for cutting down an image, not resizing it. See Wikipedia on this; probably other places as well.
So: the Nisus manual uses the term incorrectly to refer to 'resizing', not to cropping.
True cropping would be very useful. Could this be added?
Thanks

Nisus Writer does indeed have both proper cropping and resizing. Once you select an image, if you click-drag any of the four corners you will start resizing. But if you select an image and drag any of the top/left/right/bottom edges, you will start cropping.
You should see different mouse cursors for these hotspots: a crosshairs for resizing, and a black bar with pointing arrows for cropping. Let me know if you have any trouble.

Aha, yes. And I read the section in the manual too. That's what I get for scanning the text quickly and thinking I already knew the answer. Sorry.

No problem- I'm just glad the crop feature is working for you after all.
