There should not be any compatibility issues with the current versions of Nisus Writer Express, Pro, Thesaurus, and InfoClick:

I upgraded to Yosemite last Friday, and I did not find any incompatibility with Nisus Word Pro per se.

However, I did find that several – quite a few actually – of my fonts did not work properly in either Nisus Word Pro, Pages 5, Pages '09, TextEdit, or Mellel. (Nisus Word Pro is the word processor I use. The others are historical artifacts and kept to test the operating system.)

I reverted to Mavericks on Tuesday.

:o Poorly-designed fonts are likely to break any operating system. Get rid of them! It's the clunky old fonts, not the operating system.

I have had Yosemite for several weeks now and Nisus has continued to work exactly as it did before.

Yes, Nisus Writer Pro and Yosemite are working quite well together.
