I want to change strings like:
Ideal for
Newly qualified doctors
[and, at the same time in the same document:]
Ideal for
Anesthetists, nurses, and surgical assistants, etc
to:
Ideal for newly qualified doctors
[and]
Ideal for anesthetists, nurses, and surgical assistants, etc
But I can't figure out how to replace any uppercase wildcard with its lowercase equivalent. Does anyone know how to do this with Express?
TIA for any help.
Change uppercase wild card to lowercase?

Re: Change uppercase wild card to lowercase?
Unfortunately there isn't any feature in PowerFind (Pro) that does this. You might concoct a macro in Nisus Writer Pro that does it for you on a case-by-case basis, but it wouldn't be a general solution. In other words, you might have to write a macro for each find/replace expression (depending on your needs), so it might be slow going.

Thanks, Martin. I'm glad it wasn't just me being stupid--again!
