How do I get this Blog converter in the permanent collection

I figured out how to use NWP for all my writing now. I have a macro that converts bold, italic and bullet lists to HTML format for blogs. It puts RED text between blockquote tags and stops and prompts you for a URL at every section of BLUE text converting it to a link. Copies the whole thing to the clipboard for pasting into your blog publisher. (I like MarsEdit http://www.red-sweater.com/marsedit/)

It needs to remain in the Nisus RTF format because it contains Find and replace with saved attributes. Is there a repository for this so I can share this macro?
