Is there a way yet to password protect a document? It would be a great feature.

I'm sorry but there is no way to password protect a document using Nisus Writer. It sounds like you'd be interested in such a feature, but would you still be interested if using a password made it so that you could not easily share or open the document in other applications? I ask because there is no way for us to password protect an RTF document and keep it compatible with Microsoft Word. The document would have to use some proprietary Nisus specific data encoding that could only be unlocked by Nisus Writer.

Yes, I would still be interested because one document I want to password protect is not one that I would share with anyone or with another program. Thanks for your response. I realize I only represent a minuscule number of users.
