This is the home for all officially supported Nisus Writer Pro macros. If you are looking to write macros, you should have a copy of the Nisus Macro Reference. If you need help with an existing macro or want to discuss macros with other users please visit our Macro Forum.

How to Install a New Macro

1. Download the archive containing the macro.
2. If the macro file was not unarchived automatically, then double-click the archive to extract the macro.
3. Launch Nisus Writer Pro if it is not already running.
4. Use the menu Macro > Load Macro....
5. In the Open file dialog choose the macro file. Click the Open button.
6. The macro should now be available inside Nisus Writer Pro on the Macro menu.

Note: when you load a macro this way you do not need to keep the original archive or extracted macro file. Nisus Writer Pro has copied the file into your user's Application Support folder.
