This is a minor update to fix some key issues with Mojave (macOS 10.14).

Changes

Fixed some issues with macOS 10.14 Mojave:
- possible random crashes after closing document windows on Mojave.
- can't customize the toolbar on Mojave.
Users running a non-English localization could not send feedback reports on more recent versions of the system.
