Library of styles
For any reason, when I import styles from the style library I have created into one of the numerous files I have, there are some superfluous styles like Normal 1, Footnotes 1. Moreover, since I use NWP, from one file to another I always have to made corrections to get the same styles available in al...

Re: endnotes footnotes
I converted the Table into text and was able to cut and paste the little numbers of notes to their place in the text. The precedent questions remains however. Is this a problem with tables even with footnotes ? which would demand a little of amelioration for the NWP I would say.

endnotes footnotes
Hi, I have an old Word file that, when converted into rtf and read in NW Pro changes all the footnotes for a table into endnotes. This makes the reference note in the text of the TABLE not showing up. Does anyone knows about the possibility (or not) to revert these notes to footnotes. I understand f...

direction of writing
Hi, The topic is probably dealt with somewhere in the threads of the site, but I could not find this. I am trying to use a different Hebrew font (Yehudit) but whatever direction I select in NWP it always goes in a reverse (abnormal) order. Has anyone a clue about this ? It seems I have to change fro...

Urgent help needed
HI, I am printing a document for a communication I give on Monday and a number in a square appears with a line connecting a kind of anchor down in the text and this number does appear on the printed material. Any clue where I can erase this involuntary thing would be of the greatest help!

Re: character recognition
See this for an example
The first greek verb is ok Thant everything appears in Greek characters. If not by you, this would mean I do have a specific problem on my machine. Sorry for doubling the thing.

Re: character recognition
As to the suggestion of skipping LO, I use it precisely because when directly opening from Nisus it is worse (sorry for that).

Re: character recognition
Thank you. I am at loss as to what happens with this. Where could the problem be in my Mac, I ignore and will go on ignoring. Just working harder and harder to recover the form of my existing docs (around two thousand...). Is it due to the fact that it was once a Word doc and I have no Word anymore ...

I am willing to go through any solution you can offer in which I have not to rewrite every passage so distorted.

Re: character recognition
I do think that at some point the builders of Nisus should look right at the problem of conversion which is really a problem. Hereunder see the first line is correct, but the second one, under it is impossible to get back into Times New Roman or Times, or whatever else. Just because there has been a...

Word underline again
For some reason I cannot explain, the macro edited by Phillip does not work anymore. All the more unfortunate for it produced a fine line and not th thick line offered at first by Nisus for any underlining. This may be related to the fact that with the help of Martin I solved de question of Doc Mana...

I did one!
Following the Manual page 415 I could simply apply to the whole document the Times New Roman font. It worked!
