Congratulations on NWP1. Now a new icon....
I am really impressed with the new Pro edition. This one will be a resident of my dock. 8) Only the icon..... I replaced it with the Express version. I can see that that was so good that making a similar but different one only could result in a lesser one. Still is a pity though. But again, the app ...

I just want to add my voice to the choir. It might indeed be the case that the problem is limited to files that started their life elsewhere, but it is not very convenient. Example: Do an OCR in ReadIris 9, and let the file be converted to RTF with NE as the default editor. The file comes up nicely,...

Just to drop in: the Product of the Same name is indeed a basic database, but if you ever had to resubmit a paper to the Royal Society of Chemistry that was originally targeted at the American Chemical Society (please replace chemistry with the science of your liking), then it is worth it weight in ...

v1.1a
Today I installed the v1.1 version. Well done!! If you get the tables in, I am fully happy. But certainly, NWE is moving up from a buy-to-support app to one I am really starting to use! I downloaded a copy for use on my iBook, and then I saw that was a v1.1a. It is really a newer version. Can you te...

Re: Fonts do not stick while saving and opening in Word
Could it be that Microsoft, Nisus and Mellel are using different versions of RTF? I am sure that it is. Microsoft I believe invented the RTF as an open standard, but then (all MS-y) proprietarily modified it to be sort-of compliant with open standards, at best. Mellel has (since v 1.65 I believe) g...

Slow start??
After long hesitation I decided to purchase a license to NWE to show my support for further developments. I use it on my main G4 PowerMac, but also on my original iBook. Especially on the latter machine the starting of NWE under Panther takes very long, about 20 bounces! It is not a fast machine, I ...
