Re: InfoClick for GyazMail?
I'll throw my oar in for Sparrow to be supported. Yes, I know Google bought it but there's been updates since the purchase. I stuck with it because of it's superior search results to Mail. It routinely finds mails Mail cannot. So InfoClick may drive me back to Mail but I've come to appreciate Sparro...

Autosave stopped working
Hi
I now get a message saying that the document could not be saved and that autosave has been disabled.
I've checked the location of the folder for autosaved backups and it's present.
Any ideas?

Re: Word Export/Import- styles
Thanks Scott for your thorough, and thoughtful reply. I appreciate it. I did pretty well as you suggested, I didn't have time to fully research this one, so I went with Pages on my end. The other writer wouldn't be able to cope... with much.... I am going to fully check out the RTF exchange which wo...

Re: Feature Request: Footnotes in Full Screen?
I also would appreciate a ' Fullscreen Page Mode'.
I'd generally prefer the existing Fullscreen mode, but on occasion I'd like to be switch to it.

Word Export/Import- styles
I'm working on a book written in Word 04 on a Mac. No graphics or tables, no images at all. Just paragraphs of formatted text, formatted using six different styles. Styles and page layout load perfectly into Pages 08 and export perfectly too... But When NWPro imports that Word Doc: styles while list...

Read this with interest. FD is a necessary evil in my business and I'd love to get NWPro up as a decent replacement but I'd absolutely need clear translation between the two. I still need to be able to load what I create in NWPro up into FD and run the various reports etc that it provides and save i...

Just use the Finder to reset which app opens those files. Choose one of the documents in the finder with a single click, then Cmd+I to bring up the Get Info window. Then in the Open With section, choose Word. Click on the Change all to change all documents to open with Word. To open them in NWPro, y...

There's a nice simple video of the use of Linkback on FlyingMeat's site shown using the wonderful VoodooPad. It's different software but the essentials are the same, and newcomers to Linkback might be struck by how simple it is in use.
