Paste does not work same in 3.0

I have run into a problem with pasting. In the previous versions, Paste (by itself) worked OK. But when using Paste Text Only the note in the dropdown shows that we should use SHIFT + CMD + V (as it always had). However, it 3.0 nothing happens when using that combination. If I use the dropdown menu,...

Re: NWP 3 Help download

Thanks, Martin, for fixing this. thought my mind was going (well at close to 70, I'm not so sure it isn't anyway, but at least not related to NWP.)

NWP 3 - Focus view

Just began experimenting with NWP 3.0 and the most obvious positive improvement for me is the Focus View. I didn't know I would want that, but having used it just for a few minutes, I really like this view and option. Thank you

Re: Problems opening documents

Similar computer setup (iMac 2011) and identical problems in the last 3-4 weeks. Sometimes it takes 1-2 minutes for NWP to launch. Sometimes I have to force quit.

Re: Why do you choose Nisus?

Why don't you use just 1 app for all your needs? They all do the same thing. I think Nisus can handle multiple language structure just like mellel does. Also I hear people write books using Nisus so it can handle larger projects too. Or is it just to enjoy the variety of apps? Over the past two yea...

Re: English lit. doctoral dissertation workflow: Ulysses + N

Over the last 26 years I have found Times New Roman the least dependable, partly because there are so many fonts that carry the name Times New Roman, but the specifications differ. Not a good situation. I have found Adobe Minion Pro and Adobe Garamond are both excellent choices. I had published a bo...

Re: Italics in Word Export

Is it only Times New Roman? That font has wacky behavior in many ways (in many situations and various computers; Times New Roman is not always Times New Roman). Perhaps a different font will not have that problem. Just a thought

Re: Best site(s) for more-or-less objective info on Macs?

Howdy. Two items I offer sights. Avoid Mackeeper at all costs. I had researched a couple years ago. It is essentially invasion ware (may not be a term), and accomplishes nothing useful. I have a small tab that made to act as a flip over the camera. I keep the flap there unless I am doing video confe...

Re: Strange TOC Behaviour

One other thought. Linux Libertine comes in several variants. I had used the .otf fonts, which caused the problems. I downloaded the .ttf fonts, because i wanted to check in another program. The .ttf fonts seem to work better. I have tried in Mellel and iCalamus, and both seem to work better with th...
