Edit Line Wraps and Indent
Following the advice below, I upgraded to Express 3.0.2. Both for the main text and for the foot notes, I select all and change First Line Indent, Left Indent and Right Indent to 1.2 in, 1.2 in and 7.3 in, respectively. However, Right Indent immediately goes back to 7.31 in instead of 7.3 in. (7.3 i...

Main Text and Footnotes
I’m having a problem with the main text and footnotes. For example, the main text on Page 95 doesn’t go all the way down. (There’re no footnotes on Page 95.) Even though Footnote 102, which is for Line 1 of the main text on Page 95, is supposed to be on Page 95, it actually appears on Page 96. Even ...

Changing Margins and Showing Invisibles
I want the bottom of the footer, which I use for footnotes, to have a 1.2-inch margin. In order to do so, do I change "Bottom" or "Footer" in the Tooldrawer? May I ask you what they mean, respectively? I have difficulties in showing invisibles (tabs, newlines, page breaks, etc.)....

Frequent Collapses
The Nisus Writer Express program suddenly collapses. It started happening the day before yesterday and keeps happening quite often, even after I reboot the computer. Do I have to download Nisus Writer Express again? If yes, in what order do I do so? Is it that I first delete the current one and then...

Margin on All Four Sides
I’m supposed to use a minimum of 1-inch margin on all four sides. (1) I’ve succeeded in creating a 1.2-inch margin, instead of a 1-inch margin for just in case, each on left and right. May I ask you how to do it for both top and bottom? The page number - which is supposed to be in the upper right-ha...

Page Number Position
I have been writing my Ph.D. dissertation with the page number at the center of the page bottom. However, I have recently earned that the page number should be in the rightmost position of the page top. May I ask you how to first delete the page number at the center of the page bottom and then add t...
