I vote for the ability to put footnotes into tables!
I would also like to have the ability to create a column header for a table that is repeated on each page the table spans.

Any idea if and when this is going to be fixed? I just downloaded a demo copy and was disappointed to find out that I can't put a footnote reference in a table! I guess I'll have to do a manual one
