Aligning cell edges in several tables

I have the attached layout (3 examples) and wonder if I can align all 10 tables to match the cell widths
I defined the styles Table Header and Table cell to have a tab at a common position but the table does not update to it.

Format the first word of the line (dictionary entries)

I have a 500+ item list of dictionary items
How do I write a macro or regex to select all the first words in the lines?

TOC levels

I want to restrict my TOC to only 3 levels but so far I cannot limit it. If I expose the TOC in the Navigator the Include in TOC activates (but not with Navigator hidden). However I still get as many levels as defined (9!).

Is there a solution to this?

Re: selecting a specific style and changing it

Michael tks for feedback; I tried the expression "Object kind:.+" in Powerfind (quotes are for here) and it said Found no occurrences! However a plain Find with the specific text "Object kind:"did find all and I can style them. So that leaves the Headings eg "42 Facility&quo...
