Finding superscript ordinal numbers
I would like to find superscript ordinal numbers and replace them with regular formatting. Here is an example of what I would like to find: On September 30th In NW the "th" in 30th is formatted as a superscript (doesn't show here), and I would like to replace it with non-superscript "...

Simple Question: how to add a file to another
I have a book-length manuscript divided into several separate files. How do I add Part II to the end of Part I? I have done this before, but I can't remember how I did it.
Thanks in advance.

Simple footnote formatting question
Question concerning formatting of footnotes in the note area (not the main document). How do I place a period after the note number so that it appears like this: 1. Text of the footnote here. My footnotes now appear like this (without the period): 1 Text here. Probably a simple setting, but I haven'...

Repeating table header row?
This question concerns a table that spans several pages (5 pages in this case) within a larger document. Is it possible to repeat the header row at the top of each page? I realize this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find a recent response. My problem is that when I insert the header ...

Re: Inline text box with a border
Tanks for your reply. (Yes, of course I meant export to EPUB, not import. I must have been tired.) I will try using your suggestion to use a table.

Re: Inline text box with a border
Thanks for your reply Martin. Unfortunately, if it doesn't work with the Import to epub command, that's a problem for me since that's where the difficulty arose. As an alternative, would it work to first create a pdf version of the file, and then convert the pdf file to epub? I am not sure how to do...

Inline text box with a border
I have several floating text boxes that have borders around them and text inside. I would like to convert them to inline text boxes, also with a border. I can't seem to do this. Alternatively, I would like to create an inline text box, enter the text, and add a border. But I can't seem to do this ei...

Re: Problem importing images into NW file
You are right. I did not use the Insert>Image command. I used copy/paste. So I have a lot of redoing ahead of me.
But thanks for the tip!

Problem importing images into NW file

I imported the jpgs into the NW file and thought all was good. But today when I checked the imported photogra...
