There's nothing "intermittent" about it here. Whether or not I'm using Spaces, the splash screen won't die. The close/maximize/minimize buttons do nothing. Must be embarrassing when a particularly annoying bug so prominently displays your corporate brand. Anything I can do to help you trac...
