Is a selection location the same, though, as return to last edit?
Let's say on p 348 I simply type the last sentence of the day. The next morning, when I open the document next, will I go back to p 348? That's what I'm asking.

Re: Return to last edit
Thanks Martin. I had not tried Nisus in a few years and could not remember if that made it over from Nisus Classic. Oddly Microsoft took this function out of Word 2011. Joe Kissell's review makes me think I should give it another look . . .thank you.

Return to last edit
I Googled but couldn't find an answer--will the new Nisus 2.0 open your document where you last worked on it? Or at least have a keyboard shortcut that takes you to your last edit once the document is open. Thank you.

I share the frustration of the other posters, especially since I work with long documents (over 90,00 words). I wrote my last manuscript in Word 2004 but wanted to use NWE for find (to make a number of edits across the manuscript), because Nisus Classic was so much better at this than Word. Using Ex...

Installing 4.1.6 on a 7.6 system
I downloaded Nisus Writer 4.1.6 in the five separate sections (BinHex) with the hope of copying each installer section to a floppy disk and then installing it on a PowerBook 5300c running OS 7.6.1. The PowerBook has Stuffit Expander 4.0.2 installed. Unfortunately, nothing seems to happen when I move...

Re: Ten Years After: essential function
Also: WriteNow allows you to start again at the point you left off when you open a document -- critical when you have book-length manuscripts. (Nisus Classic did this as well, but NWX doesn't.) Treasured is the right word for WriteNow. That's one app I will never delete off my hard drive; just wishe...

Next release of Nisus Email?
Anyone know what is planned for the next release of Nisus Email? I would like to see at least the following: --customized keyboard shortcuts (or at least keyboard shortcuts for Check Mail and to be able to Delete a message via Cmd-X while the message is being viewed) --ability to read HTML-formatted...
