Re: search and replace question
Thanks Ruchama (and to you, Martin, too), I really really appreciate your help. It's the first time I get aware of the power of "powersearch". It must be the third time i fall in love with nisus.

Re: Feature Request: Footnotes in Full Screen?
I think, if such a feature is added, the footnotes in full page view have to stay at the bottom of the page and it has to be configurable how many lines they consume. On a 13' display i don't want to waste much space with the footnotes and i don't want any sign of a page break in full screen.

Re: margin changes by accident
By the way, why do not you switch to draft view when copying text? Hm, switching views to copy text -- sounds very micosoftish? "view/layout vs. copy text"? I don't think that both should have something to do with another. To give an example why your idea isn't quite good. Half of the tim...

margin changes by accident
wow. nice update! great work. here is one "mini" request for the next update: i really dislike the "feature" that i can change margins in "page layout". Often when i grab text to copy it to another file i change accidently the margins of the first text because i...

Hi Ninutra, i know the problem with german academic publishers, but i think Anne is right. If you use ms word you also have to look through the whole text for wrong hyphens and spaces in your typoscripts which are due to words word don't know. It's always visible for an experienced eye if the hyphen...

sorry, but i think we should not overstress this discussion. Nisus decided to go the right way with the decision to use a well documented standard, which guarantees compatability between platforms. Words doc format is a proprietary format. So noone will ever get nearer to word than ... word. if some...

This behavior is actually intended to help out those who write in languages that flow from right to left. When they insert a footnote the alignment/direction should match that of the body text. But perhaps centering a footnote is never helpful. What does everyone think? ah, i see. but why is the fo...
