Geoff, you missed it! 2.0 came out while you were away as a limited time special. It's great, the vertical ruler rules, and the multi-window stuff is just magic.

Assuming you are talking about two pages from the same document, then no it's not possible in NWP currently. This is in fact probably now (along with the vertical ruler of course!) the most often requested feature for NWP, and we all hope that one day soon it will be included.
