There's really no limit. It's going to come down to the hardware and type of content you have.

Thanks for the update Jason- our limited testing indeed wasn't able to reproduce the problems you described. I really don't have any idea what could cause Word to act so strangely. It sounds like some kind of bug on their end, especially if Wordpad triggers the same issue. I also don't have any idea...

select either "select all style" or "select style range." I can never remember the difference between the two, but they seem to select all text that belongs to that style. The "Select Range" menu selects just text marked in the style that touches the current selection,...

Hi Henry, there's currently no way to do this. As you've discovered, the "font substituted" highlighting is not a proper attribute that you can search for. So for now you'll have to visually scan your document for it. We've do have this feature request filed.

Hi Lawrence- the problem with your macro is that your Find expressions don't do what you want. Try them out yourself to see what their current effects are. The best solution is to use the "\b" regex escape, which matches word boundaries. So to find the start of a word: Find '\\b', 'rE' Fin...

1. There is currently no way to do this, and I couldn't say when such a feature might be available. 2. For whatever reason, Pages doesn't read tables from RTF, HTML, or the pasteboard. It only imports tables from binary ".doc" files, so the best way is probably to copy the table from NWP a...

Try and replicate what I am saying. Create a new blank file. Change everything to English (British), in Format > Language as well as in the Preferences making Languages tab set Language to English (British) [perhaps this is unnecessary but please indulge me] and likewise in QuickFix ensure the Lang...

When I go back in that QuickFix abbreviation is no longer immediately available (because Quickfix has gone back to US English). There is no separate setting that specifies which QuickFix is active, and hence it cannot "go back". As I've tried to relate, the only thing that affects which Q...

Open up the preferences. Go to the Languages tab. Set that to English (British). Go to QuickFix. Set the Language there to English (British). Close preferences. Type a word or two and save. Close Nisus. Open up the document. Go into the preferences. Perhaps its me, but when I open the Langauges Tab...

However were I then to create a new document from any such created file template with British English as its language, the Languages preference is blank and the QuickFix defaulted to US (-which is the annoying thing because any I create are then unavailable until I reset QuickFix to British). I don...

Tony: I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're describing, but I think you might be a bit confused. As language is a property of text itself, there isn't really any "global" language. There is only the language that is set by default in new files you create. To change this default lan...
