no response from tech help - and no one answers their phones at this company. Customer service is a farce. Can't get my money refunded withing this 30 day period for absolute shabby service all the way around.

Ok thanks - it wasn't trivial if I did not know if I was going to screw up my files or templates. I am still fuzzy what if I tweaked my opening default nisus template re: size and font type and size? If I do not know what to do and what that means or if I will overwrite or delete my stuff than I can...

Ok since I did not know what do re: above incident and the .dot thing I went back to the older version yet I still get this .dot choice re: older files or some such thing and I cannot even use the older version of Pro? now what do i do?

Ok - I am stuck - at the install of the update it says do you want update some previous files with a .dot when i opened nisus pro - what do i do? what does this mean? I have no clue as to what i am answering to?

I am not sure if I did the right thing either but I went with the academic - just upgraded to the family pack after an email from Dave. I was told that upgrades withing the version 1 or 2 are possible for free as such but to go from version 1 to 2 you have to pay again... But again maybe I mistook w...
