Re: superscript, subscript, and line spacing
Dear spower - Unicode is different, get an OT or AAT font and an application that is truely open to Unicode. And see for ourself - it's as easy as this... That's the way to word-process and lay-out alike, no problems not at all: easy going text handling and far beyond hacked page layout. HE People w...

Re: superscript, subscript, and line spacing
Contrary - nothing philosophical involved - Unicode is plain text - any actual word processor should do. Hacks will differ for applications and platforms - but Unicode plain text stays indentical for all involved. You just have to manage how to enter super-/subscripts, but there are cool tools to do...

Re: superscript, subscript, and line spacing
So, Martin and Co., would it be possible to include built-in Superscript and Subscript character styles which would be applied appropriately, and which we users could adjust if we wished, in the same way as it's possible to adjust Note Reference? Mark Well - we use/should use Unicode all the way no...

So Martin - how comes? I suppose they did write it using nisus ... Help was written in Nisus Writer Pro from which the pdf was created. You can verify this and other metadata in, for example: Preview's 'Inspector' (Command-i), Adobe Reader's 'Properties' or Adobe Acrobat Professional's 'Document Pro...

Best thing to do, would be to Save As RTF in the very first place, i.e. in Word. All in-between-converting is auxilliary only. So get the original file, but saved as RTF - for best performance with Nisus Writer. For strict one-to-one compatibility you have to stick to Word - that's what DOC is all a...

Hi Hamid - that's the Apple way I am used to - but it still would be cool to get the Nisus Writers to display all fonts used in an opened RTF document top most. This way one could easily controll all fonts used - even blanks or whites or whatever deadheads. And NW could display missing fonts of fore...
