Lightning-fast!
Nisus is really fast with the latest update! Thanks a lot! It takes like 2/3 seconds on my 3.06Ghz Core Duo 9GB ram iMac to boot, and that's slower because I've a lot of fonts (which I plan to delete) on this computer. My laptop is the first aluminium model and it boots in 1 second there! Amazing jo...

Re: Why is NWP so painfully slow?
I'm happy to say that I'll start my Translation Studies PhD at University of Ottawa, and it'll be great to give you feedback on how Nisus will handle the large document(s).

Re: Nisus Wp 2.0.2 and the Retina Display
But you see, the Retina display is a horrible investment because it does not let upgrade… anything. What you see is what you get and you won't be able to get more RAM because it's attached to the Logic Board, meaning that the once you need more power you'll have to buy a new computer, instead of upg...

Re: Next Window and full screen in OSX Lion
I, on the other hand, am very happy to have moved on to Lion. All the things which seemed slightly odd at the beginning — like scrolling going the other way — soon became so natural and intuitive, the old system feels clumsy now. I also use spaces, which I never did before as it is so easy and stra...

Keeping list the same 'size'
Hi; I think I've asked this before, sorry for repeating the question. When I create a list (e.g. 'Outline' style), the grey part of the numbers are of unequal size. How can I change it so they're all the same size? This should be by default within the software; I really dislike this part. Thanks!!!

New page number within same document (NWP 1.4.2.)
Hi all!
I have this 'huge' document, ca. 190 pages (my second MA dissertation ), and I need to start the pages with 'lower case roman' (i, ii), and then, after page viii, switch to normal Arabic ones. I tried doing the restart thing and all that but it didn't work, so, help please?
Tack!
Daniel

Re: "Corrections"
INDEED! It got to me to the point that I had to change to Nisus 1. The thing is, when you're correcting a graduation project, you really don't have the bloody time to make those extra clicks.
