How to move focus to the Navigator Drawer?

Is there any way (without the mouse ) to move focus from the main document to the Navigator Drawer?

Thanks to this User Forum I just found how to do the opposite:
"You can move the focus to the main document area by pressing the Enter key (or using the menu Edit > Find > Scroll to Selection)."
