I noticed that nothing shows up in the Dartmouth directory past May. Is the list down again?

Thanks.

In the past I had been able to view the topics and emails on the web site for Dartmouth List for Nisus. But as noted in the first post, nothing since May 07.

I have now joined that email list, and still the archives show nothing past May 07.

Geoff mentioned the comparisons that Erik Richard had done, and I would like to see that email trail. But nothing.

Does anyone else have this problem with the Dartmouth list?

The list is alive and kicking, Shades. I don't know about the archives. Sign on and you'll pick up threads or you can ask people to repeat stuff you have missed.

Send an email to:

LISTSERV@LISTSERV.DARTMOUTH.EDU

And in the body, put the command:

SUBSCRIBE NISUS Your Name

(where "Your Name" is your name!, of course.)

Cheers, Geoff

Yes, thanks, Geoff. I had subscribed, so I am starting to get the emails, however, there is nothing on the web site to explore (like what had been available until the end of May.

Trty sending the command:

INDEX NISUS

to the LISTSERVE@ address.

That should give you a list of stuff, which you can then order with a command:

GET NISUS LOGxxxx

As I wrote in January, we don't have a thing to do with the list, and there really isn't anything we can do about it. The list owner is unresponsive, and I seriously doubt that he is looking at our forums.

You may want to write to the list, in the chance that the list owner may see it and fix it.

Apart from that, there isn't much we can do.

Thanks, Dave. Sorry gumming up the forum here.
