Expanding Glossary abbreviations

Post by GBeurlen »

Hi,

I do not use the EXPAND GLOSSARIES ENTRIES AS YOU TYPE feature. Instead, I use a a custom key -- command/ (like in NW classic) -- to expand glossary entries.

Well, if this command is typed after a non-existing abbreviation, the cursor jumps to any previous typed word which in part or at whole contains an existing abbreviation, expanding it.

This is at least an unexpected behavior.

Thanks, it is a bit odd- I'll file a bug report.

Hi Martin,

the odd glossary expansion I noticed with version NW Pro v. 1.0 does still occur within version 1.01 recently released: typing the trigger after a nonexistent abbreviation, causes to expand any abbreviation corresponding to the first letter at the left of the cursor.

I expected this to be corrected.
