Comments -- feature request

I really like the Comments facility. In fact, it is the reason I have returned to using NWP as one of my main writing tools.
I would like a new feature that could be a variant of the existing comments. Call it a "margin note" and display it slightly differently, and also ALLOW PRINTING of the margin notes on the side of the page.
