side by side editing, lockstep scrolling?

Any chance of a return of the feature that allowed one to edit 2 documents side by side and scrolling one caused the other to keep pace? [or did I dream that, as a feature of the old Nisus?]

I believe Nisus Writer Classic did have this feature. While it's on our list of desirables for NWP, I couldn't say when we might add it, sorry.

Nisus Writer Classic does have synchronized scrolling.
The only Cocoa app I know of that does something similar is Jedit X with JDiff X plugin:

It is used for comparing two versions of the same document, but can also be used to do parallel scrolling to check two very different documents, like an original text in one language and its translation in another.

Hamid,

Thanks for that reference to Jedit X. I used this a lot while waiting for Nisus X to get back some of its capabilties but hadn't looked at it lately.
