bug? report: importing classic glossaries

Post by credneb »

Perhaps this has already been reported, perhaps it doesn't qualify as a bug, and it is easy to deal with, but...

When importing classic glossaries, a glossary entry break is not added after the last entry. The abbreviation still expands, which is good. But this means that the first step in adding a new entry to an imported glossary (if adding to the end of the file) is to add a GEB, which is counter to the instructions on page 295, steps 6 - 9, of the user manual.

The solution is simple on the user end, but just thought I'd mention it.

On the other hand, the implementation of glossaries in NWP is MUCH better than in Classic. The glossaries are easier to edit. And they fix a few problems there were with Classic glossaries. Thanks.
