Table Cell Borders Unexpected Behavior

Post by hatchmo »

--Nisus Writer Pro 1.3------
In a table, select one or more cells.
In the Table Cell Borders Palette, select a single border.
  • • If you change the border style, NW applies the change only to the selected border.
    • If you change the border thickness, NW applies the change only to the selected border.
    • If you change the border color, NW applies the change TO ALL BORDERS.
This is wrong. The change in color should be applied only to the selected border.

While the engineers are there fixing this bug, I suggest they also look at this other one:

- Copy cells from a table to a second one; cell borders are thos of the first (source) table, instead of the second (target) one. I expect the border of the target table is not changed.

I have confirmed that this was a bug introduced by v1.3. Earlier versions behave properly.
