I have one suggestion to add: a quick way to set the height of the table rows.

1. Set the page top & bottom margins as appropriate for your labels. I used .4 inch for Avery labels.

2. Create a table with the correct number of rows for the number of rows of labels on one sheet.

3. In Page View, drag the bottom border of the last row in the table as low as possible without causing the table to extend past page 1.

4. Select the entire table.

5. In the Table Cells palette, click the button "Balance Cell Heights".
