Hi Iain,
Nisus Writer Pro does not support tracked changes. "Tracked changes" simply means that any change you make to the document will be saved and displayed separately from the regular text, so that other people can accept or reject the changes you have made.
This feature is supported in Pages ’08 or later, and NeoOffice (or OpenOffice.org) has it, too.
