Starting page numbering after page one

I've perused the manual, and done a search on the forum. I'm certain it's addressed in both places, but I am not finding it easily: How do I start page numbering on the second page of a doument?

Thanks,

Hi Eric,

I think that the part of the User's Guide you are interested is this (on page 152):

Have your header and/or footer appear on the second and succeeding pages of your document and no number appear on the first (“First Page Special”)

▶ Click Different First Page in the Header/Footer palette of the Sections set of palettes.

Of course this follows a brief discussion about putting the page numbers in your header/footer.

If you have multiple sections of your document and want to have a “first page special” for each section you must first insert the section break and then click Different First Page for each section you want to have appear in this manner. You can learn more about creating multiple sections in your document in “Creating Sections in Your Document” on page 167.

I hope this is enough to get you started.

Thanks, Mark. That does the job. So simple. So obvious.
