I have been contentedly using Nisus Pro for ages. Recently I elected to try an advertised upgrade. I chose not to buy this upgrade but find I am "punished" by no longer being able to save or print my stuff on my "old but perfectly good" Nisus Pro. Why is this?

I'm sorry you experience difficulties with Nisus Writer Pro. We do not mean to "punish" you.

I don't understand what you mean by:

Did you restore your older version of Nisus Writer Pro and re-enter the license number?

We would like to know what would have made it worthwhile.
