Two items with the Mac App Store version

All seems to work fine save two things plus the .public item i mentioned in the post just preceeding this:

1. the Nisus splash screen which appears on startup does not go away.
2. the preview shown when printing and when looking at the file in the file finder is no longer accurate (it is much bigger than normal and only shows part of a page).

I've replied to that issue in its separate thread directly.

This is some kind of intermittent problem that is triggered by OSX's "Spaces" feature. We're not sure what causes it, and we haven't yet found a way to workaround it. Sorry for the annoyance.

2. the preview shown when printing and when looking at the file in the file finder is no longer accurate (it is much bigger than normal and only shows part of a page).

This I've been able to reproduce, and I'll file it as a bug. Thank you!

There's nothing "intermittent" about it here. Whether or not I'm using Spaces, the splash screen won't die. The close/maximize/minimize buttons do nothing.

Must be embarrassing when a particularly annoying bug so prominently displays your corporate brand.

Anything I can do to help you track down the problem?
