I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that your "Title" does not say it all.

Download what to windows (and here I think you mean "Windows"), and then transfer what, the same thing (is this an application or a document?) to Mac, in order to do what? Do you have a method for "transferring"?

Please help us out here.

Can I do this?

You can download the disk image to any computer, Mac, PC, or Linux. Once you have downloaded the file, transfer it to your Mac and then open it.
