When i import (link) a PDF an center it, then it will be centered correctly, but when i save, close and reopen the file, the PDF will be displayed on the left side.
Is this a bug or is there something i make wrong?
My workaround is to make a table with one cell and place the PDF into. But this isn't really a good solution for the future.
Thank you.
Patrick

Re: Problem with centering an imported PDF
Hi Patrick,
To be clear, when you say an imported/linked PDF, do you mean that you are using the Insert > Image menu and turning on the "Link to File" option? If so, this appears to be a known issue that definitely will be addressed.
In the meantime, you can workaround the bug by adding any character just before the linked image. For example, inserting a thin (or even zero-width) space on the same line as the image prevents the loss of paragraph alignment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Martin,
yes, it's the way you did and it will work good with an additional space before the PDF.
Thank you very much.
