I just read your newsletter, and I came here to tell you that really you do not have to worry about adding iCloud support (and thus entering the App Store). Nor you have to use an Apple signature to get Nisus though Gatekeeper.
Really, I couldn't care less, and I do not even like to buy software from the MAS, so do not bother about iCloud!
