Is there a NWP keystroke for Bookends to 'Insert Citation'?

Hi Forum,

I'm a brand new NWP user. I bought it to try to get better integration with my fave reference software, "Bookends"

I'm working on a lit rev at the moment and all seems good so far. Just learning but I'm impressed with how 'easy' it is to just start and write and 'work it out' as I go along (I gave up on Mellel as weeks later the learning curve was still awful)

My question is: Is there a simple keystroke I can use to "insert citation" with Bookends?

Would be lots quicker than menu, tools, Biblio, bookends, insert citation?

I looked under Menu Keys in Prefs but couldn't see Bookends in there (I do have it activated)

any help or advice appreciated
