Will export to EPUB from NWP lose anything?

I'm wondering if there is any formatting or anything important like that will be lost when I export from NWP to EPUB. What about hightlight colors and background colors (since Microsoft Word ignores background colors in RTF per the NWP help file. E.g., will paragraph borders and paragraph shading come through in EPUB?
