Automatic incrementing name of new document version

Is there a way to have a new version number AUTOMATICALLY incremented and attached to a file name when saving? (Save Copy As does not do this but requires manual change.) Sometimes, it is of value to save all drafts of a document in progress.

You can use Kino's SaveWithDateTime-nwm macro which will save a version of the active document in the same location as the original with the original file name plus date and time.
You can download the macro from:
http://www2.odn.ne.jp/alt-quinon/files/NWPro/file/
You can assign a keyboard shortcut to the macro; then every time the macro is invoked, a version of the active document will be saved.

There is also a "SaveAsNewVersion" macro in the same place. That one adds an increasing number to the file.

NWP 2.1, just released, supports Mac OS X Versions which will allow to browse and revert to older document versions.
