I currently have a copy of the Nisus Thesaurus in my Applications/Utilities folder. Given that with NWP 2.1 this is incorporated into the application, is it safe to remove this, or does 2.1 simply link to it?

It is safe to remove Nisus Thesaurus app. NWP 2.1 does not link to it.
