Character Attribute Colors

Is it possible to set a color outline, shadow, underline, or shade that is different from the font text color (for example, to set off yellow text) and if so, how?

(This is for text snippets. I know I could do it with a table cell and then change the borders, but this would entail more than I had in mind. I tried the paragraph shading but I guess since its name includes the word 'paragraph,' I was not able to disable the shading where the text stopped before the line did.)

G’day, foster13 et al

Format > Underline > Show Underline Colors
Format > Strikethrough > Show Strikethrough Colors
Format > Highlight > Show Highlight Colors

The macro language has commands for setting such colors.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Adrian

And also Background Color, which is (confusingly?) separate from Highlight Color.

You don't seem to be able to set the shadow color, the shadow is always black. But you can set its opacity, blur, offset, and orientation. However these can only be set using the Apple windoid (command-T).
