NWP 2.1.3 won't open

Suddenly Nisus Writer Pro 2.1.3 won't reopen. I get the "Nisus Writer Pro quit unexpectedly" screen and when I click on "Reopen" the screen just reappears until i click on "OK." I have reinstalled NWP 2.1.3. It still won't open. I have zapped the PRAM. What else can I do? Thousands of files--in fact, over twenty years of files--are inaccessible.

I'm sorry for the trouble.
The problem was caused by an Apple update that disabled the ethernet port on some Macs. Apple has since posted instructions on how to
fix the problem.
As for Nisus Writer, it should not have been affected by Apple's bad update. That's our bug, and is something we will have fixed in the next update. If you still have troubles with Nisus Writer, or can't follow Apple's instructions to fix your Mac, please write to us privately at:

Nisus Writer Pro 2.1.4 which fixes this problem.
