Nisus Writer Pro update won't install

I've updated the version on both of my laptops, but when I try to install it on my desktop I get an error message -- that is, I go through the download and install process, get to the 'install and restart' stage and then get an "Installation error -- please try again later" message.

I'm on a 2009 Imac, running Sierra, version 10.12.3

What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry you're having trouble installing the update. The error message you received isn't very specific, so it's impossible to say what might be going wrong. Instead of trying to gather more data about the error, I would recommend that you simply download the update and move it into place manually. Please let us know if you have any questions.
