I'm using NWE to help me learn Hindi (this part is incidental) and thought I would use footnotes to mark the words I didn't know. I could then put the definition at the bottom of the page.
Saddly, I'm not too good, yet. So there are lots of footnotes. After about 20 notes, the notes start disappearing, but I still have more words to notate. If I click in the footnote area, select all, and reduce the font size the "missing" notes come into view. Of course having the notes in 5 point type really kinda defeats the purpose.

Don't want one to a line footnotes [bug?]
So I found a partial solution. I made it so that the footnotes are not one to a line. This allows a lot more of them to fit in the space allowed. But now there is a new problem.
When I return to a saved document, the foot notes return to one to a line. Is there a way to make that stick?
