I'm having problems with 2.6 hanging on opening, especially if I'm opening it by double-clicking a document rather than just opening the app by itself. It often gets to the "finishing startup" part, then just hangs for a few minutes. Other times, though, it works just fine. I can't seem to see any pattern other than it appears to happen more often when I open it via a document double-click.
This is on a 17" PowerBook G4, 1.67 GHZ, 1.5 GB, OS 10.4.4
