I'm not sure OSX has hyphenation dictionaries that you can edit.

Sorry I have not asked about editable hyphenation dictionaries but about *where* they are located. I want to know which languages' hyphenation are supported by nwx therefor I want to know where the dictionaries are.

Sorry, but I'm not sure there is a good answer to your question. Perhaps if I explain the situation a little more it will make sense. Hyphenation is currently handling by the underlying text layout system, which is provided by OSX/Apple. I don't know how they accomplish hyphenation or what languages exactly they support, but AFAIK there are no dictionary files. Perhaps you could write Apple to get an official answer?
